  I booked a paintballing day for my boyfriend and 7 of his friends as a birthday present. From the very start the booking centre team were extremely helpful and friendly. The deal we got was very cheap for so many people and although they did have to pay for extra paintballs on the day that was to be expected and was mentioned by the booking team. They all had a great time and commented on how friendly and helpful the staff on site were too! Great customer service goes a long way!

  We went there for the first time, a group of 20 people from sydney. At the store they push up to buy many balls because was very easy to finish. At the end 2 guys had 400 balls left ( $100) and we couldn't get refund or bring home with not any sign around and of course, they don't tell you, they didn't write it any where. The reply from The manager was: is the common sense to throw away! Is not them common sense to advise you before you buy??? The problem is that they can keep make this game to any new customer ????????????
